An office space that enables visitors to experience Japanese modern architecture

To produce an office space that expresses Japanese real estate culture in Taiwan, tatami mats and a karesansui (a Zen garden) were set up to create elements that allow visitors to experience Japanese local property values.

Specially made onsite movable louvers enable efficient use of space by adjusting the angle of each louver.

The triangular space was planned to accommodate a variety of uses such as customer service, reception, exhibitions and seminars in a refined and stylish space that does not feel like an office by being conscious of the presence of its space.
