The transaction price for existing mansion was ¥37.92 million (a 9.00% increase compared to the same month last year), with a price per square meter of ¥574,200 (a 7.47% increase), both marking a continuous positive trend for 43 months. The average floor area was 67.18 square meters (a 0.80% decrease), and the average age of buildings was 24.48 years (a 0.08% increase). The number of transactions was 5,546 (a 4.01% increase), marking four consecutive months of increase.
The transaction price for existing detached houses was ¥26.09 million (a 0.50% decrease), marking a negative trend for two consecutive months. The building area was 115.22 square meters (a 1.35% increase), marking three consecutive months of increase. The land area was 214.25 square meters (a 6.30% increase), and the average age of buildings was 28.00 years (a 4.95% increase). The number of transactions was 3,485 (a 12.02% increase), marking eight consecutive months of increase.
