The Mansion Management Business Association will hold the "2024 Condominium Maintenance and Repair Technician Examination" on September 1st.
This qualification assesses and certifies individuals who possess a certain level of knowledge and skills in the maintenance and repair of mansions. As of June 1, 2023, there are 4,402 registered examinees.
The examination consists of multiple-choice and descriptive questions. Starting from last year, the association has added the contents of the "Mansion Management Proper Evaluation System," which it is working on, to the examination scope, enabling qualified individuals to utilize the system.
Details regarding the distribution period of application guides, application acceptance period, examination formats for multiple-choice and descriptive questions, number of questions, and scope of questions will be announced around late May.
