NTT Urban Development Corporation, in collaboration with Fujias Corporation, plans to conduct Phase 1 sales of the condominium 'Wellis Miura Coast' (located in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with a total of 237 units) by late March. This condominium development in the station area marks the first in 13 years, offering proximity to the station and a 7-minute walk to Miura Coast, with sea views from over half of its units, attracting considerable interest from second-home seekers residing in Tokyo.

The property is a 16-story reinforced concrete condominium located just a minute's walk from the Keikyu Main Line's 'Miura Coast' station. This joint venture between NTT Urban Development and Fujias Corporation marks the first collaboration, with Fujias handling sales. Completion is scheduled for late August 2025.

The approximately 9,000 square meter construction site was originally owned by Keikyu Electric Railway and is adjacent to the station's rotary and supermarket. Taking advantage of its location overlooking Miura Coast, an 'Ocean Workspace' will be installed on the top floor southeast-facing side, providing a space to work or study while enjoying ocean views. Additionally, amenities such as an owner's lounge, sky terrace, and 'Active Garage' offering rental of outdoor gear will enrich the shared spaces. Given the significant interest from potential movers from other prefectures, community support services and children's learning classes will also be provided.

Units are oriented southeast with 12 spans and southwest (7 floors) with 9 spans, offering floor plans ranging from 2LDK to 4LDK. The floor area ranges from approximately 62 to 86 square meters. Southeast-facing units, due to being within 1 meter of a hazard area, start from the 2nd floor. While units up to the 5th floor may have views obstructed by the Keikyu Line station, those from the 6th floor onwards offer views of the sea, with those from the 11th floor and above overlooking Miura Coast. Ceiling height is 2,500 mm with a double ceiling directly above the floor. Standard features include a dishwasher, floor heating, water purifier, and artificial marble kitchen counter.

The project website was launched last summer and has already garnered over 1,500 inquiries, with an increase of about 50 inquiries per week. The preview tours of the model rooms, which began on January 13th, have consistently reached full capacity. Over 90 purchase requests have already been received, and it's anticipated that units such as the limited number of 2LDK and 4LDK corner units will be fully sold out in Phase 1, which plans to offer 70 to 80 units. Sales prices are set to appeal to local residents, with southeast-facing units priced in the ¥50 million range and southwest-facing units ranging from ¥35 million to ¥39 million, with an approximate price per tsubo of ¥2.2 million.

Approximately 30% of the inquiries are from residents of Minato Ward, Tokyo, with over half of the inquiries coming from within Tokyo, including Shinagawa Ward and Ota Ward. The response from local residents in Miura City and Yokosuka City, due to limited promotion such as flyer distribution, remains at around 20%. Many potential buyers are couples in their 50s or older considering the property as a second home or for future relocation.
