The Japan Association of Condominium Management Companies will begin accepting applications for the "2024 Condominium Maintenance and Repair Techniques Specialized Course" from the 6th.
The course will cover topics related to the maintenance and repair of condominium buildings and facilities, focusing on deterioration surveys, diagnostic procedures, and various repair techniques in line with the process of large-scale repair projects. This course is part of the qualifications for the association's certified designation of "Condominium Maintenance and Repair Technician."
The training will be conducted both through in-person sessions held in Tokyo on April 16th and 17th and through individual study at home. The latter option allows participants to study independently using provided materials, submit a completion exam, and upon meeting the standards, conclude the course.
