Osaka Gas Urban Development Co., Ltd. recently announced the completion of its first ZEH-M Oriented certified rental apartment, "Urbanex Honmachi II" (76 units) located in Nishi Ward, Osaka City, on March 21.
Situated just a 2-minute walk from Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line and Midosuji Line, the building stands 14 stories tall and is constructed with reinforced concrete. The floor plans include 1LDK and 2LDK layouts. To achieve the ZEH-M Oriented standard, the building incorporates high-efficiency energy-saving facilities such as the "Purioru Eco Jaws" hot water heating system, low-E double-glazed glass with high thermal insulation, long-life LED downlights, and water-saving showers.
Furthermore, the company has obtained a three-star certification from DBJ Green Building for its rental apartment "Urbanex Shimmachi" (66 units) in Nishi Ward, Osaka City. Their office buildings, "Urbanex Oike Building West" and "Urbanex Oike Building East" (both located in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City), have achieved the S rank in CASBEE-Real Estate, while "Kitahama Central Building" and "Urbanex Awa-machi Building" (both located in Chuo Ward, Osaka City) have obtained the A rank, showcasing their commitment to environmental certification.
