Seibu Realty Solutions Co., Ltd. will commence the recruitment of tenants for the rental unit house "EmiCube Sakuradai II" (located in Nerima Ward, Tokyo, with a total of 4 rooms) starting from April 4th.
"EmiCube" is a unit that can be utilized for hobbies, teleworking, shops, offices, and more. This marks the fourth installment in the series, situated under the elevated tracks between Seibu Ikebukuro Line's "Sakuradai" Station and "Nerima" Station. Corporate registration is also possible.
The rental agreement is for a fixed-term building lease, with a monthly rent of ¥80,000 (excluding tax). Completion is scheduled for the end of March 2024, with occupancy expected from mid-April of the same year.
