On the 24th, Osaka Gas Urban Development Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the "Relent" service provided by Unito Co., Ltd. in the rental apartment building "Urbanex Namba WEST" located in Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, with a total of 112 units. This marks the first introduction of such a service in the Kansai region for rental apartments.
"Relent" is a system where residents can rent out their apartments as hotel rooms and receive reduced rent during periods when they are away from home, such as for travel. Residents' belongings are stored in locked storage spaces, and the management staff cleans the apartment before renting it out to guests. Unito conducts the recruitment of guests, and regardless of whether the apartment is actually used for accommodation, the rent is reduced for the duration of the absence.
The property is conveniently located a 4-minute walk from Sakuragawa Station on the Osaka Metro Chikatetsu Sennichimae Line and Hankyu Namba Line.
