At Home Co., Ltd., a real estate information service, announced on March 6 that it has started collaborating with two new rent obligation guarantee companies for its "Smart Application" service.
Sumapla Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Mr. Tetsuji Miyasaka) and Four Seas Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Teru Maruyama) have started this collaboration. As a result, the total number of companies collaborating has increased to 56 as of the end of January 2025.
"Smart Application" is a service that allows users to apply for a rental property online simply by entering the necessary information in a dedicated form. It is also possible to cooperate with rent obligation guarantee companies and small-amount short-term insurance companies.
