Remote Operators Provide Real-time Reception and Guidance Services via Screens

Daiwa Lifenext Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daiwa LN") announced on March 4th that it has started full-scale external sales of "Remo_info (Limoinfo)," a service in which operators in remote locations perform reception and guidance services through a monitor on behalf of condominium managers and concierges.

The service was developed by the company in October 2023. A wide range of inquiries, such as management rules and garbage separation locations, are answered by remote operators. One operator can be responsible for operations in multiple buildings, which leads to a reduction in expenses for management associations. As of January 25, it has been provided to a total of 26 condominiums that the company has been entrusted with management.

In December 2024, Sunshine Building Service Co., Ltd. introduced this service. According to Daiwa LN, the company expects to reduce management costs by 360,000 yen per year for a total of about 50 condominiums located in Sendai City.
